Qualifications for Paper-I (Secondary) and Paper-II (Higher Secondary). Minimum 5% relaxation in marks given to SC/ST/EBC/BC/PwD candidates residing in Bihar.शैक्षणिक योग्यता
Paper-I (General Subjects): Graduation or Post Graduation in relevant subject with min 50% marks and B.Ed., OR Graduation/PG with 45% marks and B.Ed. as per NCTE 2002/2007 regulations, OR 4-year B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed.
Paper-I (Physical Education): Bachelor's degree in Physical Education with 50% marks, OR B.P.Ed. / B.P.E. with relevant sports experience.
Paper-I (Music/Fine Arts/Dance): Bachelor's degree in Music/Fine Arts/Dance with min 50% marks.
Paper-I (Special School Teacher): Graduation with 50% marks + B.Ed. in Special Education with valid CRR number issued by RCI + 6-month cross disability training.
Paper-II (General Subjects): Post Graduation in relevant subject with min 50% marks and B.Ed., OR PG with 45% marks and B.Ed. as per NCTE 2002/2007 regulations, OR PG with 50% marks and B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed., OR PG with min 55% marks and 3-year integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed.
Paper-II (Computer Science): B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA or M.Sc (CS) or BCA/B.Sc (CS) with PG degree or DOEACC 'A'/'B'/'C' level with PG/Graduation. B.Ed. is NOT required for Computer Science.
Paper-II (Agriculture): Graduation in Agriculture/Horticulture with min 50% marks and Post Graduation in Agronomy/Plant Breeding & Genetics/Entomology/Plant Pathology/Seed Science & Technology/Soil Science/Horticulture.
Paper-II (Music): Post Graduation in Music Education with min 50% marks.
