Candidates must satisfy the following eligibility criteria as of February 01, 2026:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks (Pass class for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in the local language of the state/region applied for (Read, Write, Speak, and Understand).
- PC Knowledge: Knowledge of word processing on PC is required.

Selected candidates will receive a competitive salary package with numerous perquisites.
- Basic Pay: ₹29,000 per month.
- Gross Emoluments: Approximately ₹58,514 per month (excluding HRA).
- HRA: 15% of pay additional if Bank's accommodation is not provided.
- Perquisites: Briefcase, furnishing allowance, medical reimbursement, festival advance, and concessional loans (Housing/Personal).
